The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) released the “Information on Comprehensive Evaluation of Top 100 Accounting Firms in 2009” recently.

 

According to the statistics, the business revenue of the whole profession in 2008 reached 31 billions, with an increase rate of 12% compared with the 27.6 billions in 2007. The business revenue of the top 100 accounting firms was 19.7 billions in 2008, accounting for 64% of the total revenue of the whole profession, increased 19% compared with the 16.5 billions in 2007, higher than the 12% growth rate of the total revenue of the whole profession.
