On June 22nd, 2018, CICPA and ACCA signed Strategic Memorandum of Understanding at the ACCA China 30th anniversary events in Beijing. The MoU was signed by Dr. Chen Yugui, Secretary General of CICPA and Ms. Helen Brand, Chief Executive of ACCA.
