主论坛主旨演讲嘉宾简介——财政部副部长、中注协会长李勇

李勇，男，汉族，1951年10月出生，中共党员，经济学硕士学位。财政部副部长、党组成员。央行货币政策委员会委员；国际财务报告准则基金会受托人；世界银行和亚洲开发银行中国副理事；中国注册会计师协会会长，战略委员会、审计准则委员会、财务委员会主任委员。财政部财政科学研究所、中央财经大学和南开大学任博士生导师。

1970年5月，参加工作；1984年，任财政部财政科学研究所外国财政研究室副主任；1985年—1989年，任中国常驻联合国代表团二秘、一秘；1989年—1990年，任财政部世界银行业务司处长；1990年—1992年，任世界银行中国执行董事办公室技术助理、顾问；1992年—1996年，任财政部世界银行司副司长、司长；1996年—1998年，任世界银行中国执行董事办公室执行董事；1999年—2002年，任中国注册会计师协会秘书长；2000年7月—2003年9月，任财政部部长助理、党组成员；2003年9月至今，任财政部副部长、党组成员。

Li Yong, born in October 1951, MA in economics, is the Vice Minister of Finance. He is a member of Monetary Policy Committee of China’s Central Bank, Trustee of IFRS Foundation, the Alternate Governor of the World Bank as well as the Asia Development Bank, President of CICPA, and Chairman of the Strategy Committee, Auditing Standards Committee and Finance Committee. Now he is also the doctoral supervisor at the Research Institute for Fiscal Science of MOF, Central University of Finance and Economics and Nankai University.
