专题论坛演讲嘉宾简介——英格兰及威尔士特许会计师协会大中华区总监黎日忠(James Lee)

黎日忠先生于2011年12月加入ICAEW,任大中华区总监。
黎先生在吉隆坡的皇家军事学院完成了高中教育,并作为空军军官获得了最佳少年指挥官奖。在意识到外面的世界更为广阔后,黎先生辞去了军队的任命,前往伦敦。
在伦敦获得会计和财务专业学位后,黎先生加入了普华永道伦敦办公室,并获得ICAEW的特许会计师资格。与此同时,黎先生还完成了特许管理会计师公会(CIMA)和特许公认会计师公会(ACCA)及英国企业财务主管协会(ACT)的资格考试。
为了感受更为真实的世界,黎先生调至普华永道在新西兰惠灵顿的办公室,负责商业银行的审计与咨询。之后,黎先生在三菱电机新西兰分公司担任财务总监。移民澳大利亚后,黎先生先后担任了多家公司的财务总监,并在迁往上海之前,在悉尼麦考瑞大学完成了自己的MBA学位。
自1996年来到中国以来,黎先生曾先后在天地物流中国公司、凯德置地、集宝中国保安公司(属联合技术消防安保公司)及G4S保安公司等多家公司担任高级管理职务。
黎先生之前曾在惠灵顿、新加坡及上海的会议上,就公司及财务风险管理发表演讲。他的研究兴趣主要有:中国的企业风险管理、宏观经济风险与资产周期预测以及在投资组合模型内的风险对冲。

James Lee joined the ICAEW in December 2011 as Regional Director.
James received his high school education at the Royal Military College in KL and was commissioned as an Air Force Officer, winning the Commandant’s Best Officer Cadet Award. On realizing that there is a bigger world out there, James resigned his military commission, and headed for London.
After obtaining his Degree in Accounting & Finance in London, James joined Price Waterhouse (now PwC) in their London office, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), concurrently passing the examinations of CIMA, ACCA & Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT).
James decided to see the “real” world, and happily transferred to the PW office in wellington, New Zealand, specializing merchant banks audit & consulting. He then took on the CFO role with the New Zealand subsidiary of Mitsubishi Electric. Migrated to Australia, James took on various CFO roles and graduated with MBA from Macquarie University in Sydney before moving on to Shanghai.
James has been in China since1996,taking on senior management roles with TNT Logistics China, CapitaLand Property China, Chubb China Security (part of United Technologies), and G4S Security China.
James has previously presented papers on Corporate & Financial Risk Management at conferences in Wellington, Singapore and Shanghai. His research interests are managing corporate risk in China and forecasting macroeconomic risks & property cycles, and hedging risks within investment portfolio models.
