比尔·帕默（Bill Palmer）

澳大利亚特许会计师协会国际关系总监

比尔·帕默先生（Mr. Bill Palmer）是澳大利亚特许会计师协会（ICAA）的国际关系总监，负责在全球推广澳大利亚特许会计师品牌以及影响力。

自2003年加入澳大利亚特许会计师协会以来，帕默先生负责多项工作，包括负责对澳大利亚特许会计师协会的技术准则和宣传工作进行监督；同时，在最近几年，他还负责澳大利亚特许会计师协会在亚洲地区的领导力定位。

在加入澳大利亚特许会计师协会之前，帕默先生曾担任普华永道会计师事务所合伙人达24年之久，并在印度尼西亚、澳大利亚和新加坡等多个国家工作。

帕默先生还是澳大利亚政府财务报告审议会（Financial Reporting Panel）委员。澳大利亚政府设立该机构之目的，在于听取企业监管机构和公司在财务报告要求方面可能产生的争议。

Bill Palmer, Director International Relations

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia

Palmer is the ICAA’s Director of International Relations, responsible for driving the global reach and influence of the Australian Chartered Accountants brand.

Since joining ICAA in 2003 Bill’s responsibilities have included oversight of the ICAA’s technical standards and advocacy work and, in more recent years, leadership positioning of ICAA in Asia.

Prior to joining the Institute, Bill was a partner with PWC for 24 years, practicing in Indonesia, Australia and Singapore.

Bill is a member of the Australian Government’s Financial Reporting Panel, a body established to hear disputes that may arise between the corporate regulator and a company in relation to financial reporting requirements.
