专题论坛主持嘉宾简介——中注协副秘书长董新钢

董新钢，男，汉族，1954年1月出生，中共党员，大学本科，中国注册会计师协会非执业会员。中国注册会计师行业党委副书记，中国注册会计师协会副秘书长。中国注册会计师协会第五届理事会理事，教育培训委员会主任委员；中国注册税务师协会常务理事。

1970年2月参加工作；1982年8月—1995年12月，先后担任财政部审计机关筹备组干部、审计署干部、副处长、处长、审计特派员助理、副司长；1994年中国注册会计师协会与中国审计师协会“两会联合”期间，任中国注册审计师协会秘书长；1995年12月至今，任中国注册会计师协会副秘书长；2009年9月至今，兼任中国注册会计师行业党委副书记。

Dong Xingang, born in January 1954, has a bachelor degree and is a non-practicing member of CICPA. He serves as Deputy Secretary General of CICPA, member of CICPA’s fifth Directors’ Board, Chairman of the Education and Training Committee, and Executive Director for CCTAA.

Beginning to work in February 1970, he served as staff of preparatory team and audit administration, Deputy Director, Director, Assistant Resident audit officer, Deputy Director General of the National Audit Office during August 1982 to December 1995, as Secretary General of CICPA when both CICPA and the Institute of Auditors merged in 1994, Deputy Secretary General of CICPA since December 1995.
