专题论坛演讲嘉宾简介——兖州煤业股份有限公司财务总监吴玉祥

吴玉祥，男，汉族，研究生学历，高级会计师，现任山东省兖矿集团兖州煤业股份有限公司董事、财务总监。
任现职以来，主管公司财务管理、物资供应、资本运营、风险控制、信息化管理等工作。通过他带领的资本运作团队的卓越工作，公司资产总额由上市初的49亿元增长至2011年的970亿元，使兖州煤业成为华东地区规模最大中国盈利能力最强、安全环保最好的煤炭企业之一。
为兖州煤业及兖矿集团的改革改制、会计基础、资金管理、薪酬管理、内部控制、财务信息化、上市融资、业绩路演、兼并收购、资本运作及公司生产经营管理等方面做出了突出贡献。
WU Yuxiang, a Senior Accountant with a Master Degree, as well as Director and Chief Financial Officer of Yanzhou Coal Mining Company Limited.
Mr. Wu has taken charge of financial management, material supply, capital operation, risk control, information management and other responsibilities of Yanzhou Coal Mining ever since he took the current position. Through excellent work of the capital operation team led by Mr. Wu, the total assets has increased from RMB4.9 billion Yuan on the listing date to RMB97 billion Yuan in 2011, thus Yanzhou Coal Mining becomes one of the largest company in east China by scale and one of the most profitability and best safety and environmental protection coal enterprises in China.
He made outstanding contributions in the areas of reform and restructuring, accounting basis, fund management, compensation management, internal control, financial informatization, public listing and financing, achievement roadshow, merger and acquisition, capital operation, production management and such kind of areas of the company.
