专题论坛演讲嘉宾简介——中瑞岳华会计师事务所合伙人张连起

张连起，中瑞岳华会计师事务所高级合伙人。兼任北京市西城区政协委员、财政部内部控制委员会咨询专家，最高人民检察院特约检察员、中央电视台财经频道特约嘉宾，北京大学经济学院、中央财经大学、首都经济贸易大学、北京工商大学等特聘教授。先后担任北大青鸟、国药股份、广东金马、天坛生物、名流置业等上市公司独立董事。主持包括“金融街”、“三元股份”、“山煤国际”等上市公司审计、咨询百多家。对外发表文字近600万言，著述《数豆者说》《鸣哨笔记》《左数字右人文》《非常起发》《沟通核动力》等作品12部，为人文会计的首倡者和践行者。

2006年被中央有关部门授予“为全面建设小康社会作贡献先进个人”荣誉称号；2009年荣获“和谐中国2009年度十大领军人物”称号；2010年获上海交易所“优秀独立董事”提名奖。

Zhang Lianqi, the senior partner of RSM China Certified Public Accountants, also serves concurrently as a CPPCC member of Xicheng District Beijing, the advisory expert of the Internal Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance, special inspector of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, special guest commentator of CCTV economic channel, specially-appointed professor of Peking University School of Economics, Central University of Finance and Economics, the Capital University of Economics and Trade, Beijing Technology and Business University, etc.. Successively appointed as the independent director for listed company such as APTECH, China National Medicines, Guangdong Golden Horse Tourism Group, Beijing Tiantan Biological Products, Celebrities Real Estate Development Group, etc.. In charge of hundreds of listed companies’ audit and consultant work, including Financial Street Holdings, Beijing Sanyuan Foods, Shanxi Coal Imp.& Exp. Group, etc.. Presented more than 6 million words, published 12 literatures like The Bean Counter, Mingshao Notes, Left Is Figure and Right Is Humanity, Special Inspiration, Communication With Great Power, etc., which made him the initiator and practitioner of humane accounting.

Zhang Lianqi accredited the Outstanding Contributor Title for Comprehensive Construction of a Prime Prosperous Society in 2006, honored as 2009 Most Influential Characters of Harmonious China, and awarded Excellent Independent Director nomination of Shanghai Stock Change in 2010.
