专题论坛演讲嘉宾简介——大华会计师事务所合伙人张卓奇

张卓奇，中国注册会计师、中国注册评估师、中国注册税务师和澳洲注册会计师，大华会计师事务所合伙人，中国注册会计师行业领军人才，国际会计师联合会会计职业组织发展委员会委员。

在会计，审计以及咨询服务领域拥有超过20年的丰富经验。具有在欧美、澳大利亚和新加坡的工作经历。

作为大华会计师事务所的国际联络合伙人和国际业务合伙人，具有为国内、国际客户提供优质服务的丰富经验；所服务的客户涵盖包括在中国境内上市以及海外资本市场上市的上市公司，以及民营企业和外商投资企业。

精通中国金融、会计、税务领域及国际财务报告准则，熟悉美国通用会计准则以及萨班斯法案404条款并经常提供专业财务及报告方面的业务咨询。

Mr. Zhang is a leading talent of Chinese accountancy profession and a Partner of BDO CHINA Dahua Certified Public Accountants with over 20 years experience in accounting, audit and advisory services. He has working experience in EU, US, Australia and Singapore.

As International Liaison Partner and International Service Partner In BDO CHINA Dahua Certified Public Accountants, he has extensive experience serving domestic and international clients . His client base has included public companies, including listed companies in China and global capital market，private companies and FIE.

He is versed in Chinese finance, accounting, tax system and IFRS, familiar with US GAAP and SOX 404 and regularly consulted on technical accounting and reporting matters.

Mr. Zhang is a member of several accountancy organizations, including the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CPA Australia, the China Appraisal Society and the Chinese Certified Tax Agents Association.

As member of International Federation of Accountants（IFAC）’s Professional Accountancy Organization Development Committee (PAODC), he Engaged in international professional accountancy exchange activities.
