主题论坛演讲嘉宾简介——京都天华会计师事务所董事长徐华

徐华，会计学硕士、高级会计师、中国注册会计师；现任京都天华会计师事务所董事长兼管理合伙人，兼任财政部会计准则咨询专家委员会委员、财政部会计信息化委员会委员、中国证券业协会财务会计委员会委员、中国注册会计师协会信息化委员会委员、中国国际税收研究会副会长。

徐华先生于1983年9月加入北京市财政局，先后从事企业财务管理、企业制度管理、会计事务管理等工作；于1993年10月，加入北京注册会计师协会，先后担任副秘书长、常务副秘书长、兼任北京注册会计师协会副会长。

Mr. Xu Hua, M.A. in accounting, senior accountant and certified public accountant, currently is the chairman and managing partner of Grant Thornton China and holds membership in Accounting Standards Advisory Committee, Accounting Informationization Committee of the Ministry of Finance, Financial Accounting Committee of the Securities Association of China and the Information Committee of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA). He also serves as the vice president of China International Taxation Research Institute as well.

Since he came to the Beijing Finance Bureau in September 1983, Mr. Xu has been working on financial management, corporate policies management and accounting management. He acted as Deputy Secretary General, then Executive Deputy Secretary General and Vice President of Beijing Institute of Certified Public Accountants since he joined it in October 1993.
