专题论坛演讲嘉宾简介——天健会计师事务所董事长胡少先

胡少先，天健会计师事务所党委书记、首席合伙人、主任会计师。1963年11月生，1984年8月参加工作，经济学硕士，教授级高级会计师，资深注册会计师，注册税务师。历任浙江省财政厅办公室主任科员、浙江会计师事务所综合部主任、副所长，浙江天健董事长兼总经理等职。撰著出版《年度会计报表审计实务——审计报告》、《股份制改制上市审计》等书籍。现兼任中国注册会计师行业党委委员，中国会计准则委员会委员，中国注册会计师协会常务理事，浙江省注册会计师协会副会长，浙江省审计学会副会长，浙江省企业商号保护协会会长，浙江财经学院、浙江工商大学、宁波大学客座教授，杭州电子科技大学硕士生导师。曾获全国、浙江省先进会计工作者、浙江省财税系统先进个人、浙江省注册会计师行业优秀共产党员荣誉称号。

Mr. Hu Shaoxian, Chief Managing Partner and Chief Accountant of Pan-China Certified Public Accountants. Born in August 1963 and began to work in September 1984, Mr.Hu is Master in Economics, enjoying the titles of Professor level Senior Accountant, Fellowship of Chinese CPA and CTA. Prior to his present appointment, he was Section Chief of the Office of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Finance, Department Director and Deputy Director of Zhejiang CPAs, and Board Chairman and General Manager of Zhejiang Pan-China CPAs. He is the author of Annual Financial Statements Auditing Practice - Audit Report, Company Restructuring and Listing Auditing and other published books. He holds various positions in professional bodies, including member of China Accounting Standards Committee, Executive Committee Member of CICPA, Vice President of Zhejiang Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Vice President of Zhejiang Audit Society, and Chairman of Trade Name Protection Association of Zhejiang Province. He is also Visiting Professor of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, Zhejiang Gongshang University, and Ningbo University, and Tutor for Graduate of Hangzhou Dianzi University. He has been awarded the honors of National and Zhejiang Provincial Outstanding Accounting Practitioner, Outstanding Individual in Zhejiang Provincial Financial and Taxation Authority.
