专题论坛主持嘉宾简介——中注协副秘书长蔡晓峰

蔡晓峰，男，汉族，1969年12月出生，中共党员，大学本科。中国注册会计师协会副秘书长。中国注册会计师协会第五届理事会理事，会计师事务所内部治理指导委员会主任委员；中国会计学会财务成本分会副会长。

1991年8月—1999年10月，任中国注册会计师协会编辑部、办公室、综合部干部；1999年10月—2005年12月，任中国注册会计师协会综合部副主任、办公室副主任；2005年 12月—2009年6月，任中国注册会计师协会办公室主任；2009年6月至今，任中国注册会计师协会副秘书长。其中，2010年5月-2012年5月，任贵州省六盘水市市委常委、副市长（挂职）。

Cai Xiaofeng, born in December 1969, has a bachelor degree. He serves as Deputy Secretary General of CICPA, member of CICPA’s fifth Directors’ Board, Chairman of the Steering Committee for Internal Governance of Accounting Firms, and Vice Chair of Finance Cost Section of ASC.

He served as staff of CICPA’s editorial department, general office from August 1991 to October 1999, Deputy Director of CICPA’s general office from October 1999 to December 2005, Director of the General office of CICPA from December 2005 to June 2009, and Deputy Secretary General of CICPA since June 2009. He also temperately served as Vice mayor of Liupanshui City of Guizhou Province from May 2010 to May 2012.
