专题论坛演讲嘉宾简介——中国证监会首席会计师贾文勤

贾文勤，1966年8月出生，1990年7月参加工作，研究生毕业，经济学硕士、注册会计师、高级审计师，现任中国证券监督管理委员会首席会计师兼会计部主任。

Madame JIA Wenqin is the Chief Accountant of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). The Chief Accountant office she leads is responsible for accounting supervision in China capital markets, including drafting information disclosure rules and administrative measures related to accounting and auditing, oversighting audit and appraisal firms, and providing technical accounting consultation for IPO, M&A and other significant transactions. Before joining CSRC, She was a Mayor of Mentougou District in Beijing municipal city. She also served as a senior officer in National Audit Office, in charge of auditing China overseas investments, loans and aids. Madame JIA received her master degree in Accounting from Research Institute for Fiscal Science of Ministry of Finance. She is a CPA and a Charted Senior Auditor in China.
