专题论坛演讲嘉宾简介——中注协副秘书长杨志国

    杨志国，男，汉族，1964年10月，中共党员，博士后，中国注册会计师协会非执业会员。中国注册会计师协会副秘书长。中国注册会计师协会第五届理事会常务理事，专业技术指导委员会主任委员。中国审计学会常务理事。

1987年9月—1990年9月，在河北林学院任教；1990年9月—1993年9月，在中央财经大学攻读硕士学位；1993年9月—1996年9月，在中国人民大学攻读博士学位；1996年9月—1999年10月，任中国注册会计师协会干部；1999年10月—2005年8月，任中国注册会计师协会专业标准部主任；2005年8月至今，任中国注册会计师协会副秘书长。其中，2009年8月—2010年8月，任安徽省亳州市委常委、副市长（挂职）；2009年10月-2011年12月在职攻读中国科学院博士后。 

Yang Zhiguo, born in October 1964, is a Post doctor and non-practicing member of CICPA. He serves as Deputy Secretary General of CICPA and member of CICPA’s fifth Directors’ Board, chairman of the Technical Steering Committee, and Executive Director of China Audit Society.  

He taught at Hebei Institute of Forestry from September 1987 to September 1990, got his Master degree at the Central University of Finance and Economics from September 1990 to September 1993, and his PhD degree at Renmin University of China. Then he served as staff of CICPA during September 1996 to October 1999, Director of CICPA’s Technical Standards Department from October 1999 to August 2005, and Deputy Director General of CICPA. During this period, he also temporarily served as Vice Mayor of Bozhou City of Anhui Province, and did his post-doctoral research at Chinese Academy of Sciences from October 2009 to December 2011.
