专题论坛演讲嘉宾简介——西南财经大学工商管理学院院长杨丹

杨丹，西南财经大学会计学教授，博士生导师，工商管理学院执行院长；国际会计师联合会 教育准则咨询委员会亚太区首席代表（2010），国家“百千万工程国家级人才”人选（2010），财政部全国会计学术带头人（2006），中国会计学会 金融会计专业委员会委员，全国中青年财务成本协会秘书长，中国会计学会财务成本分会 常务理事兼副秘书长；十届、十一届中华全国青年联合会委员（2005至今）。

杨丹教授主要从事财务与会计的 理论实证研究，尤其是新股发行定价、行为会计和财务研究、资本市场实证研究等。先后在国际权威期刊《Accounting, Organization and Society》《Decision Support Systems》以及国内《经济研究》、《金融研究》等刊物上发表专业文章30余篇。专著教材10余部。

杨丹教授具有长期工商管理教学、培训和咨询经验。任多家知名上市公司独立董事和多家企业顾问，多次承担中国农业银行总行等企业和非政府组织咨询项目。

Mr. Yang Dan,Professor of Accountancy, PhD Supervisor, and Executive Dean of the School of Business Administration in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He is also the representative of IESBA CAG for CAPA (2010), selected as member of China’s Major Talents Project(2010), member of the Financial Accounting Committee of the China Accounting Society, Secretary-General of the National Association of Young and Middle-aged Financial Cost, Standing Director and Vice Secretary-General of Financial Cost Committee, China Accounting Society, and also member of the tenth and eleventh All-China Youth Federation (since 2005).

Mainly specialized in the theory empirical research on finance and accounting, especially IPO Pricing, behavioral accounting and finance and the empirical research of capital markets, Prof. Yang has written a dozen of professional textbooks and published more than 30 professional papers on the international authoritative journals like Accounting, Organization and Society, Decision Support Systems, as well as domestic journals like Economic Research and Financial Research.

Prof. Yang has rich experience in teaching, training and consulting on business administration. He acted as independent director of many well-known listed companies and business consultant for a number of enterprises and has invited to undertake consulting projects of enterprises as the Head Office of the Agricultural Bank of China and some NGOs.
