主论坛主题演讲嘉宾简介——国资委财务监督与考核评价局副局长邬红兵

邬红兵,国资委财务监督与考核评价局副局长。

邬红兵同志先后在原国家国有资产管理局、财政部统计评价司和国资委财务监督与考核评价局任职，现任国资委财务监督与考核评价局副局长。邬红兵副局长长期从事国有企业和中央企业国有资产监督管理工作，先后主持境外国有资产管理办法等多部国有资产管理基础规章的制定，先后负责华源集团、三九集团财务危机处理和东航上航重组等工作，在国有资产基础管理、企业财务监督、企业审计管理等多个领域具有深刻的理论研究和丰富的实践经验。

Wu Hongbing .Deputy Director-General of Evaluation Bureau of Financial Supervision and assessment, SASAC 

Wu Hongbing used to serve in the former State-owned Assets Administration Commission, Statistics and Assessment Department of MOF, and the Supervision and Evaluation Bureau of SASAC. He is responsible for supervising and managing the national assets of SOE and Central enterprises. He also led the formulation of many basic regulations regarding state-owned assets administration including the Interim Measures on Supervision and Administration of Overseas State-owned Assets of Centrally Administered SOEs, and was in charge of financial crisis in CWGC and 999Group as well as reorganization after the merger between China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines. He has profound theoretical research and rich practical experience in many fields, such as fundamental management of state-owned assets, corporate financial supervision and enterprises auditing administration.
